Wow!
In the April 2010 issue of Southern Living Magazine under the Travel section page TX12-13 Southern Star Brewing is mentioned in the article "The Southern Beer Renaissance". They even have pictures of our cans of Bombshell Blonde, Pine Belt Pale and Buried Hatchet stout right above the article title. There isn't an online copy of this article but if you happen to have a copy of the magazine take a look.

Today Father Chris Terry came and blessed the brewery. Thank you Father Chris! Special attention was paid to the canning line, which has been a bit disruptive in the past few weeks. True to form, none of us had a camera handy to record this momentious event, but it was pretty special none the less. We hope to pass these blessing on to you so all of you have a blessed year! |
